The Mariners’ System 

Our affiliation with the Mariners’ System ensures a steady supply of well-trained, certified seafarers – ready to meet global standards and deliver with confidence at sea.

The Mariners’ System is a premier educational network in the Bicol Region, composed of three institutions:

  • Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Inc. (MPCI) – Naga City
  • Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation (MPCF) – Legazpi City
  • Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation (MPCF) – Canaman, Camarines Sur

These campuses offer both land-based and sea-based programs, specializing in marine transportation, marine engineering, and hospitality courses. Upholding a tradition of discipline, competence, social responsibility, honesty, and loyalty, the Mariners’ System is known for producing highly skilled and values-driven graduates.
